Terms of Use
1. The service
NextBody is a mobile app that offers an estimated analysis based on your body measurements, AI-generated workout and nutrition plans, a goal body simulation, calorie tracking, an AI Coach and progress tracking. By using the app you accept these terms.
2. Not medical advice
NextBody is not a healthcare service. Body fat, calorie and timeline figures are estimates based on scientific formulas. Calorie estimates from food photos and AI Coach answers are produced by AI and may be wrong. Workout and nutrition plans are for general information and do not replace advice from a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist. If you have a health condition, an injury, are pregnant or have a history of eating disorders, talk to a healthcare professional before starting a program. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath while exercising.
3. AI images
"Goal body" images are simulations generated from your plan; real results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. You may only upload photos of yourself. Uploading photos of someone else, of anyone under 18, or sexually explicit photos is prohibited.
4. Your account
You must be over 18 to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
5. Pro and Max subscriptions and credits
Some features require a Pro or Max subscription or credits. AI features have daily usage limits depending on your plan. Subscriptions are bought through Google Play or the App Store, renew automatically at the end of each period and can be cancelled in the store's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Yearly plans may come with a free trial for first-time subscribers; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged at the price shown. Refunds follow the store's policies. Credits are non-transferable usage rights with no monetary value.
6. Unacceptable use
Abusing the service, sending requests with automated tools, trying to get around security measures or infringing other people's rights is prohibited. In such cases we may suspend the account.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for injuries or health problems that may result from following the plans. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring a claim before the consumer bodies and courts where you live.
